Big mistake

I purchased this refrigerator for my office to store vaccines (medical clinic setting,) I found out that it didn’t keep temperatures in the desirable range both in the freezer and the refrigerator. I emailed the seller and found out it was not meant to be used for medical purposes (although in the past and now I have been using simple kitchen refrigerators that maintain temperatures in the desirable range. The seller said I would have to bear the costs of returning the appliance which is about 60% of the value of the product, then I asked them to charge it through their account with Fed-ex or UPS (knowing that they have a huge discount rate) and to deduct it from my refund. They refused to help and I ended up with a new product that I don’t have use for. In my opinion the fluctuation in temperatures in this refrigerator are not good enough for food storage. I will not recommend it for any use!
