The ovens feature double wall construction and 1″ silica-based insulation for good heat retention. Temperature is controlled by a hydraulic thermostat; high-temperature cut-off prevents overheating. An LED displays actual temperature while in operation. What’s included: three shelves (one fixed and two adjustable), and a 6-ft, three-wire cord (120 VAC models include a plug).
